Biographical Sketch:
As a consultant and trainer, Mitchell has 20+ years of expertise in business consulting, and experience partnering with government agencies, businesses, and non-profit entities.
Mitchell has held leadership and consultant roles at
University of Minnesota,
Minnesota Hospital Association,
Minneapolis Foundation, and the
Healthcare Financial Management Association, Minnesota Chapter.
As a previous director at a Minnesota state agency, Davis served as liaison on equity and disparity issues to federal, state, local government and sovereign tribal leaders. Additionally, he provided leadership, advice and assistance, cultivated new ideas, while growing relationships with all workforce and career pathways.
Mitchell holds a Business Administration degree from Oakwood University of Huntsville AL and an Executive MBA from St Thomas University. His certifications include (selected):
